Franson Nwaeze Owner Chef Point

Franson Nwaeze has been in the restaurant industry for more than 20 years. He arrived in the US from Nigeria in 1981 to study and eventually complete his commercial pilot's license.

During his early school years he began his career in the food service industry as a dishwasher. With no formal culinary education he worked his way into running several 5 Star kitchens and eventually opening Chef Point Café with his wife in 2003.

At Chef Point Franson manages all aspects of the kitchen, from menu design to food cost and inventory control. In addition to Franson's restaurant experience and pilot's license, he worked several years gaining financial knowledge as a counselor with CitiStreet. Together Franson and Paula have successfully created a new concept of gas stations and restaurants, serving 5 star foods! Franson is also an exclusive member of Nigerian People's Club.
