Carmenere Wine At May Wine & Dine
Fort Worth Restaurants - Area Restaurant
The carmenere grape originated in the Medoc region of Bordeaux, France and it produces some rather dark, robust wines similar to the cabernet. Interestingly the carmenere is rarely grown today in France. Instead most of the carmenere wines come from Chile
Because it is such a strong wine it is perfect with tenderloins, Prime Rib and many other beef dishes and steaks.
Look for this great wine at our May Wine & Dine being held May 22nd. Reservations are required and can be made online or by calling Chef Point Café.
