Founded in 1883, the Concha Y Toro Winery is located in the Maipo Valley of Chile, one hour from the city of Santiago. This fine winery is rapidly gaining a reputation as the premier wine producer in Chile because of fine wines such as the Viognier, excellent with seafood like smoked salmon, and the Carmenere, a full-bodied red perfect for Beef Tenderloin or Prime Rib.
Both of these fine wines will be featured at our May Wine & Dine on May 22nd.
