Two Eggs   Cooked to order, served with hash browns and toast. 8

Biscuits and Gravy  Two open-faced biscuits topped with homemade gravy and served with hash browns. 7

Steak and Eggs  12oz rib eye served with two eggs, hash browns and toast. 25

World Cuisine

Breakfast Tacos  Stuffed with scrambled eggs and your choice of sausage, bacon or potato and served with hash browns. 8

Migas  Scrambled eggs, fried tortilla chips, onions, green peppers, tomatoes and cheddar cheese served with a flour tortilla, hash browns and black beans. 12

Huevos Rancheros  Eggs anyway you please on top of a corn tortilla covered in creamy ranchero sauce. Served with black beans and hash browns. 12

Chef's Corner

Eggs Benedict  Open-Faced English muffin topped with Canadian bacon, poached egg, hollandaise sauce and side of hash browns. 12

Southern Eggs Benedict  Sausage, scrambled eggs and homemade gravy served over an English muffin with hash browns. 11

Hot Brown Open Faced Turkey Sandwich  Served on French toast, topped with parmesan cheese sauce, grilled tomatoes and bacon. 14

Seafood Crepe  Rolled with scallops, shrimp, crab meat and vegetables, topped with a creamy white sauce and served with hash browns. 13

Chicken and Waffle  Special seasoned fried chicken on a homemade waffle topped with fresh berries and hot syrup. 16

Shrimp and Grits  Sautéed jumbo shrimp and fried eggs on three- cheese grits. 16

Monte Cristo Sandwich  Turkey, ham, Swiss and American cheese on whole wheat bread, deep fried until golden brown, sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with strawberry jam and hash browns. 12

Oatmeal Brulee  Downhome oatmeal sprinkled with brown sugar and caramelized until crispy, topped with fresh apples, blueberries, strawberries and toasted nuts. 12

Omelets

Create Your Own  Three-egg omelet served with toast and hash browns. Choice of cheddar or pepper jack cheese, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and mushrooms. 10

Cream Cheese Omelet  Cream cheese and chives folded in an omelet served with hash browns and toast. 10

Hotcakes

Texas Style French Toast  Served with hot syrup and butter, sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with a side of fruit. 10
