Reheating Instructions

Our food is prepared fresh to be delicious and full with flavor. All of the food is fully cooked at the time of delivery/pickup.  Follow these easy instructions to reheat and enjoy.

Since every stove is slightly different, we have given a range of times to reheat our dishes. Try heating the minimum time suggested and then check every few minutes until food has reached desired heat. Make sure to preheat your oven.

IMPORTANT: All foods should be brought to room temperature 30-45 minutes before reheating.

TURKEY

  • Whole Roasted Turkey: To keep turkey moist, baste with pan juices, cover and bake at 350˚-  check after 1 hour (the length of time depends on size of turkey)

BEEF & PORK (prepared to medium well prior to delivery/pickup)

  • Whole & ½ Prime Rib: 350˚covered 40-45 mins.
  • Stuffed Pork Loin: 350˚covered 40-45 min.
  • Baked Ham: 350˚covered until hot - about 45 mins.

MASHED POTATOES / MACARONI & CHEESE

350˚ covered for 45-50 mins

STUFFINGS
350˚ covered 40-45 minutes, but uncover if you desire a crispy crust – or Microwave covered for 5-7 mins.

WHAT NOTS
350˚ - uncovered- for 20-30 mins.

GRAVY
Stove top medium until desired temperature – or Microwave covered for 5-7 minutes

BREAD PUDDING
350˚ - covered- for 15 mins. – or single serving Microwave for 2 mins.
