Fish Tacos
Tacos de pescado, otherwise known as “fish tacos” originated in Baja California, Mexico where they are made of grilled or fried fish, lettuce or cabbage, and usually a mayonnaise sauce. Wildly popular in California, Colorado, Arizona, and Washington, this delicious taste treat is also made at the best family restaurant in Fort Worth, namely the Chef Point Café.
Featured on our catering menu, fish tacos as made by Chef Franson include blackened fish wrapped with cabbage slaw, diced tomatoes, onions and a Cajun mayonnaise sauce in a flour tortilla.
