Recipes

Preheat grill to 350 degrees.

Soak the corn in the husk in a pan of water for 15 minutes.

Remove the outter husks.

Pull back the inner husks and remove the silk.

Rub the corn with butter, salt and pepper.

Pull husks back over corn and tie.

Place the corn on the grill.

Cook  for 15 - 20 minutes.

Remove the husk and serve with salt and pepper.
