Clean The Grill

Make sure you grill is cleaned after each use.

Season Your Grill

This is what adds flavor to the grilling process. Remember to oil the grates.

Clean The Drip Pan

This prevents dangerous grease fires, and keeps unwanted critters away. A sprinkle of red pepper is another safe way to discourage animals.

Find the Hot Spots Of The Grill

This will tell you where to cook different items.

 

Remember, NEVER USE WATER TO EXTINGUISH FLAMES ON A GAS GRILL. Instead turn off the gas and the flames will go out.
