Eggplant Parmesan
The Eggplant Parmesan at Chef Point Café is pasta you cannot find at a typical Italian restaurant. It isn’t served at any other Fort Worth restaurant either. This mouth-watering Eggplant Parmesan is only available at the gourmet restaurant in a gas station.
“The smell was enticing and I loved the crunchy fried goodness,” a Chef Point Café patron said of the Eggplant Parmesan recently. “I can’t wait to come back for more.”
Chef Franson Nwaeze, voted one of the top 10 chefs in Fort Worth, tops Chef Point’s Eggplant Parmesan with red sauce and mozzarella over a bed of angel hair pasta.
