Blackened Catfish
Catfish have been caught, farmed and served as food for many years, but only recently has Chef Franson Nwaeze at Chef Point Café perfected Blackened Catfish.
Nwaeze, voted one of the top 10 chefs in Fort Worth, prepares his Blackened Catfish in angel hair pasta and tops it with diced tomatoes and onions in spicy Cajun Asiago cheese sauce. No Fort Worth restaurant serves Blackened Catfish this appetizing.
“Unbelievable! This Blackened Catfish is the best seafood I have ever had,” one of the contented diners at Chef Point Café said last week.
