Escargot
Escargot, the French word for snail, is a delicacy served as an appetizer at the fine dining Fort Worth restaurant Chef Point Café.
Chef Point Café’s Escargot is imported, hand-stuffed in mushroom caps and topped with celebrated chef Franson Nwaeze’s own sherry wine sauce.
Chef Point Café is neither a steakhouse nor an Italian restaurant, but a five-star fine dining restaurant in a Conoco Station in Watauga, TX. Nwaeze, recently voted one of Fort Worth’s top 10 chefs, prepares everything from Escargot to pancakes and fried chicken to salads and everything else on the restaurant menu. The Escargot is to die for!
