APPETIZERS

 

What Nots … mushrooms hand stuffed with three cheeses & baked in Chef's own savory garlic butter.   8

Escargot … imported and hand stuffed in large mushroom caps smothered in our own sherry wine sauce.   10

Fried Green Tomatoes … served with fresh sliced mozzarella, pesto sauce, roasted peppers, micro greens and drizzled with Texas honey.   8

 

SALADS

 

Garden Salad … fresh organic leaves, toasted walnuts, sliced tomato & onions and topped with house raspberry vinaigrette.   6

Lobster Bisque … fresh lobster cooked to perfection in Chef’s blend of cream sauce served in our hand carved oven toasted bread bowl.  9

Grilled Australian Lamb Chops  â€¦ smothered in brown mint sauce and served with sweet potato polenta.  22

Stuffed Flounder … stuffed with crab meat, served over angel hair pasta and topped with Chef’s blend of asiago cream sauce.   19

Pecan Crusted Mahi Mahi … sautéed to perfection, served over fettuccini pasta and topped with lemon butter caper sauce.  18

Whole Snapper … sautéed in a spicy African sauce and served with coconut rice.  24

Duck … half duck slowly roasted and cooked to perfection, served over angel hair pasta, topped with Chef’s spicy plum sauce.  24

Blackened Rib Eye … 16 oz. of all natural prime beef served with mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus.  25

Steak & Lobster Tail … 8 oz. beef tenderloin and 6 oz. lobster tail served with au jus sauce, mashed potatoes, fresh asparagus and side of drum butter.  39
