1st Course - Salad

paired with  La Marca Prosecco

  1. Romaine Salad topped with toasted almonds and bleu cheese crumbles

Choice of raspberry vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette or ranch dressing
Salad served family style


2nd Course - Appetizer

paired with Gloria Ferrer Va de Vi

choose one of the following:

  1. Smoked Quail served with a raspberry reduction sauce
  2. Stuffed Artichokes- stuffed with crab meat and smothered in with asiago sauce
  3. Whatnots- mushrooms stuffed with three cheeses and baked in chefs savory garlic butter

3rd Course - Entree

paired with Gloria Ferrer Blanc Noir

choose one of the following:

  1. Chicken Oscar- grilled chicken breasted topped with crab meat, asparagus, and a Bernaise sauce. chicken-oscar
  2. Beef Tenderloin- 6oz beef tenderloin topped with Bernaise sauce served with grilled asparagus
  3. Grilled Halibut- 8oz halibut served on a bead of white rice topped with a spicy curry sauce.

4th Course - Dessert

paired with Shingleback Black Bubbles

choose one of the following:

  1. Tiramisu- Homemade tiramisu topped with fresh made whipped cream topped with chocolate shavings.
  2. Fresh Berry Tart- served with homemade whipped cream
