Our Feb. Wine and Dine will be held on Monday Feb. 13, the day before Valentine's Day. A unique special way to celerate Valentines. Avoid the long lines on Feb. 14 and make reservations for our Wine and Dine.

$75 per person (plus tax & gratuity) for five courses each paired with a wine from Lange Twins.

Starters- Lange Twins Chardonnay
Sautéed Mussels prepared in a creamy saffron sauce
• Duck Breast tossed in a sweet plum sauce, served over a bed of fresh spinach

Salad- Lange Twins Sauvignon Blanc
• Waldorf Salad topped with honey glazed pears and pickled walnuts

Soup- Lange Twins Generations Pinot Noir
• Creamy clam and white bean chowder soup

Main Course- Lange Twins Estate Zinfandel
• Smoked salmon on top of a red wine reduction and served with julienne fresh vegetables
• Roasted pork rack with chestnut mash and creamy savory cabbage
• Smoked prime rib served with pepper corn sauce and sweet potatoes gratin with chili spiced pecans

Dessert- Lange Twins Moscato
• Lemon bar topped with home-made whipped cream and fresh berries.
Bread pudding- topped with hot cognac sauce
