About

Franson Nwaeze
Executive Chef & Owner
Chef Franson is the heart and soul of our restaurant. He came to the United States from Nigeria to study to become a commercial pilot, but his passion for cooking was sparked while working as a dishwasher at a restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Cooking quickly became his true calling, and he went on to train at some of the finest culinary schools and kitchens across the country.
With over 20 years of experience in the food industry, Chef Franson brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to every dish that he creates. His love for both traditional Nigerian cuisine and globally-inspired flavors shines through in every bite, and his commitment to using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients is evident in the exceptional taste and quality of every dish we serve.
To us, he is not just a chef, but a beloved father, husband, and mentor who has dedicated his life to sharing his passion for food and hospitality with the world.
