Fried Green Tomatoes
Creative and original! The tomato relish on top added a great sweetness on top of the well-fried tomato slices and fresh mozzarella.slices. Best fried green tomatoes I've ever eaten.
Chicken Scampi
This was an incredible dish. It was creamy without being heavy, the chicken was tender, the angel hair was perfectly cooked al dente, and all the veggies were well cooked and flavorful. Hand down the best chicken scampi I have ever had!
